How much is the program tuition?
The total fee for the PSW program $12,500 CAD; covering tuition, books and compulsory fees like the professional examination, registration and CPR/First Aid certification. See the breakdown here.

How much do PSWs make?
The salary for PSWs depends on the employer and setting. It ranges from approximately $18 CAD per hour to approximately $26 CAD per hour. With the increasing demand for PSWs, average hourly pay will continue to rise. Read more about the latest news from the Ministry of Health & Long-Term Care here.
What does HIHP do to help students get jobs or accommodations?
Upon graduation, HIHP students are offered support with future employment opportunities including assistance with resumes, recommendations to prospective employers, referrals and references, follow ups and information job postings or fairs.
